fit.photos provides an AI-powered platform for e-commerce product photography automation and image processing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

By uploading User Content, you grant fit.photos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, processing, and display such User Content strictly for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially/ethnically offensive.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription or credit basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service subject to the billing terms in effect at the time the fee becomes payable. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
